Odyssey 2 Wealth is a game of skill treasure hunt Competition originating in the United States. You (also referred to as "Competitor(s)") agree to the following Terms of Use when you participate in our Competition.

Competitor(s):

• certify that they are the minimum age to compete in a game of skill in the Competitor's respective state of residence.
   

• must provide legal identification to claim a prize.
   

• agree to abide by all Competition Rules in addition to local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
   

• waive any and all legal claims related to your participation.
   

• grant us an irrevocable right and license to use your name and likeness in connection with the results of any Competition you participate in.​
  
   

Odyssey 2 Wealth, LLC is not responsible for any electronic delay, fault, or error that may adversely or positively impact a Competitor's outcome in the Competition.

We are the sole judge as to the winner of a Competition. You have no right to dispute our determination of the winner.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Competition and/or amend these Terms of Use,

Rules and Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account and/or participation in any Competition at our sole discretion and without advance notice to you.

We are not liable for any claim, loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience whatsoever, however sustained or caused, as a result of participating in any of our Competitions.

You assume all risks by participating in our Competitions. By taking part in our Competitions, you, and anyone accompanying you, or given a copy of all or part of any relevant material provided by us, do so entirely at your own risk and for your personal entertainment.

Any dispute as to our Competitions, and these terms of use, shall be filed in the state or federal courts of Colorado.
